11 yrs old 2 wk dry cough, aches and pains in joint and one side of back

my daughter is 11 has had a persistant dry cough for 2 wks says her joints hurt and the right side of her back. Was running a low grade fever for 1 day. Flushed and tired. She does not cough when she is sleeping but if she wakes up she will. Has been eating well and is hungry.
