what is an average day in the life of a pediatric nurse?

hi, a typical day for a pediatric nurse is very simple to me. Although i love to work with children you get to meet new people and the new babies. It's fun to me plus i don't work that many long hours. I make almost 60,000 dollars a year plus you get good benifits and the other employees are very nice and respectful. I love my job and i'm pretty sure if you apply for it and work hard to get out of school you would love it too.

Hi, Im going to the ninth grade and I have always wanted to be on a pediatric nurse since I was in the sixth grade. I am thinking about my career and I have already desided that I want to be a nuse that works with children. I was wondering when a baby is first born do you come and in a take the baby and drain the blood out of the babys mouth and clean hook the baby up to the machines they need? Thats all the questions for right know thank you.
