I would like to start a assisted living facility in the Los Angeles County unicorporated area, Altadena. I am looking to begin as soon as possible.

1. Is there any grants, funding, and/or special loans that I can obtain from the government to do so.
2. Where may I obtain detailed materials to read, forms to fill out, insurance information. licenses

What is my first step?
