What are the typical symptoms of withdrawing from Nadolol?

I stopped taking 40 mg Nadolol 6 days ago on doc's orders after having taken it for over 30 years. I am experiencing an anxious feeling and some light palpitations in my chest. Are these typical symptoms of withdrawing from this drug?
